About Unbox Health

Unbox Health is India's independent ratings platform for packaged foods and health supplements. It purchases products directly from the open market and works with a network of NABL-accredited, FSSAI-approved labs to test them.

Unbox Health looks at three things: does the label match what's actually inside the pack, is it free from anything harmful, and, for food products, how it holds up nutritionally. To keep results accurate, every sample is checked at up to three premium labs.
