Returns: 7-Day Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligible Returns:

  • Genuine manufacturing defects
  • Product integrity issues
  • Compromised supplement quality

While we honor the personal nature of every wellness journey, we must prioritize the safety and purity of our community. To maintain these standards:

  • All sales are final to ensure product safety and seal integrity.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
  • Refunds are not provided for subjective preferences such as flavor or texture.

Note: For your safety and in compliance with health regulations, we maintain strict quality standards for every supplement. We cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

How to Return an Item

Before you start, ensure your item is eligible:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Unopened and unused bottles with safety seals intact
  • Original packaging undamaged
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@albae.in to initiate your return

2. Receive approval and your prepaid return label with instructions

3. Ship to: 185, Jariwala Compound, Opp. Sandesh Press, Khatodra, Surat- Gujarat 395002

Important: Unapproved returns cannot be accepted. Always contact us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your supplements upon arrival. If a bottle arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@albae.in. We will make it right.

What Can't Be Returned

For your safety and health compliance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplement bottles (safety seals broken)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

All Albae products are final sale once opened. This protects product integrity and your health.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds:

  • Processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: 1. Refund processing: within 7-10 business days, 2. Requires your bank details for seamless resolution
